Because each item is uniquely crafted based on customer input, our refund and return policy is designed to address only those situations where the product does not meet our stringent quality standards.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited to the following circumstances:
- Damaged During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and product to support your claim.
- Manufacturing Defects: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed information and photos illustrating the defect.
- Other Defects Beyond Customer Control: In rare cases where a defect occurs that is beyond the customer’s control and not related to shipping or manufacturing (e.g., material flaws), please contact us promptly with supporting evidence.
Non-Eligible Situations:
- Incorrect Customer Input: As each tag is custom-made based on the information provided during the ordering process, we are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data entry (e.g., typos, incorrect dates, wrong selections).
- Design Approval Responsibility: We make every effort to catch obvious errors and will reach out if something seems amiss. However, the final responsibility for accuracy lies with the customer. Carefully review your inputs before placing the order.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request:
- Email Us: Send an email to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs (if applicable) showing the defect or damage
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and may contact you for additional information if needed.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will:
- Replace the defective item at no cost to you, or
- Issue a refund (if a replacement is not feasible).
Return Shipping:
- If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost for eligible returns.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (if applicable).
Important Notes:
- Custom products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than those listed above.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
