Elevator Entrance ID Plate

Instructions:

For multiple elevator numbers, enter them all in the field above, separated by commas (e.g., Elevator 1, Elevator 2, Elevator 3).

• If only one elevator number is entered, it will apply to the full quantity selected.
• If multiple elevator numbers are entered, and more than one quantity is selected, please specify the quantity needed for each elevator in the same field (e.g., Elevator 1 – 2, Elevator 2 – 1, Elevator 3 – 3).
• To avoid delays, ensure that the total quantity matches the total number of Entrance ID Plates requested.

Custom Entrance ID Plate Instructions

You’ve selected the Custom option — great choice! Here’s how to make sure we get everything just right:

• Font & Lettering:
  Please provide the exact text you’d like engraved, including your font preference and lettering style (all caps, small caps, mixed case, etc.).
• Size Specifications:
  Indicate your preferred plate size (e.g., 1.5” x 6”, 2” x 8”, etc.). If you’re unsure what fits your entrance best, we’re happy to assist — just reach out!
• Layout Preferences:
  If you’d like the text aligned a certain way (centered, left-justified, stacked, etc.), include that in the notes.
• Multiple Plates:
  For multiple custom plates, list each one separately with its corresponding font, size, and layout. Example:
  ELEVATOR A – Custom font, 1.5” x 6”, all caps
  ELEVATOR B – Custom font, 2” x 8”, small caps
• Review Process:
  Once we receive your custom details, we may follow up with a proof for approval before engraving if clarification is needed.
